Greg focuses the majority of his time on developing and refining our strategy, ensuring that we have the tools and capital we need to execute our business plan and helping us overcome obstacles as they arise. |

Harry has been with PAA or its predecessors since 1983 and is responsible for executing our strategy, overseeing our day-to-day operations, coordinating the many disciplines within our organization and identifying areas for future expansion. |

Mark joined PAA in 2006 from Genesis Energy where he served in various capacities including Director, EVP, COO, President and CEO. At PAA, Mark is responsible for the majority of our domestic business operations as well as the commercial operations of our pipeline business development group. |

Al joined us in 2000 from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in risk management and arbitrage analysis. Al has primary responsibility for the design and functionality of our risk management policies and procedures, information systems and business processes. |

John joined us in 2002 from Genesis Energy Partners where he was Chief Executive Officer. John is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies designed to maintain the counter-cyclical balance of our asset base and enhance our margins. |

Sam joined PAA in October 2009 from TEPPCO where he served in various capacities including Vice President—Commercial Downstream and Vice President—Pipeline Marketing and Business Development for the Upstream segment. Sam has primary responsibility for the commercial activities for all crude oil and refined product pipelines in the U.S. |

Kevin joined PAA in 2009 from Protiviti Inc., where he served as a Managing Director specializing in Internal Audit Solutions. At PAA, Kevin is responsible for maintaining and improving our Internal Audit and SOX compliance practice through process, client and staff development. |

Pat joined us in 1999 from the Energy Investment Banking Division of Salomon Smith Barney where he was heavily involved in our 1998 IPO. Pat devotes the majority of his time to partnership strategy and finance issues, assisting in our business development activities and overseeing our equity capital markets activities. |

Larry has been with PAA or its predecessors since 1981. Larry devotes a significant amount of his time to our acquisition efforts and overseeing the legal aspects of our day-to-day operations, while also serving as the General Counsel and Secretary of our Canadian operations. |

Roger joined PAA in 2006 from Stone Partners where he was a principal. He has responsibility for human resource management and devotes his time to recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employment law, ethics and regulatory compliance, employee development, human resource communications and payroll administration. |

Jimmy joined PAA in 2006 from ConocoPhillips Company. Jimmy is responsible for functions all along the supply chain, including the majority of all purchasing requirements, all vendor contract negotiations, and fleet management. |

Jim joined us in 2004 from Marathon Ashland Petroleum and has over 29 years of experience in the crude oil industry. Jim is responsible for managing our lease acquisition and crude oil marketing group group. |

Chris joined PAA in 2002 from the accounting firm Arthur Andersen, LLP. At PAA, Chris has primary responsibility for all aspects of our accounting, from maintaining the books and records of the partnership to reporting our results to the financial community. |

Jim has been with PAA or its predecessors since 1988 and is responsible for the business development, commercial and operating assets of our natural gas gathering and processing assets. |

Chuck joined PAA in 2008 from GE Energy Finance. Chuck has over 25 years of experience in the energy banking business principally with JPMorgan Chase. At PAA, Chuck is responsible for coordination of our banking transactions and lending arrangements, customer credit functions, financial planning activities, insurance risk management and foreign exchange and interest rate management activities. |

Tim joined us in 2000 from an independent E&P company and prior thereto was with a nationally recognized law firm. Tim is responsible for our corporate legal activities and all securities-related matters. |

Dan joined us in 2005 from Shell and has 25 years of experience in the pipeline industry. Dan is responsible for our project implementation activities and has oversight of our maintenance programs, including our API 653 and pipeline integrity management programs. |

Robert joined PAA in 2004 from Link Energy Where he was involved in Link's North American crude oil and pipeline operations. Robert devotes his time to managing the commercial operations of our lease marketing, trucking and marine transportation activities. |

Troy has been with PAA or its predecessors since 1983 and has primary responsibility for the development, implementation and management of our environmental, safety and regulatory compliance initiatives in the areas of air, water, waste, site assessment and clean-up, emergency preparedness, security and employee training. |

David joined PAA in 2006 from Pacific Energy Partners. Dave is currently involved in the development of a major deep water petroleum marine terminal project on Pier 400, Berth 408, in the Port of Los Angeles, which upon completion will enable the import of up to 25% of the petroleum needs of the Los Angeles area. |
